What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise full payment is applied to the credit card on file.
Absolutely. Upon arrival, we will discuss your needs and preferences to design your session. It’s not uncommon for clients to request only upper body focus or to skip areas of the body where massage is uncomfortable or not preferred.
When you come for Physiotherapy, you can wear whatever you like. However, we recommend bringing shorts or loose trousers if we are assessing your legs or knees. You could wear a shirt or vest if you need to show us your back or shoulder.
