Physiotherapist Paula has been a great help for my wellness and rejuvenation. She does health teaching, as well. Other staff in St.M are great as well. Much Thanks to them...oops I'm still due for a follow up, huh??!

Outstanding Physio, Paula is very professional, friendly and relaxed, and clearly very knowledgeable. The physio room itself has a nice vibe and is always clean. Particularly convenient if you are a member of St M's Gym. I would highly recommend.

I was met by a smiling cheerful Paula who immediately diagnosed why I am having the back pain. She briskly set to massaging the painful site and gave me several exercises to continue with. I felt relief as I left into the cold night and will definitely return for more of Paula's restoring massage and friendly advice! What a pleasure it was and thank you lovely lady!!!
